After the race car was built, I soon found that I needed something to keep busy. A hobby that would be car related, but not as costly as another project. That is how I started Powder Coating. It also lets my artistic side run at a low idle while breathing new life into old parts. Powder Coating is an affordable alternative to paint. It is a powder that is electrically charged and applied to a clean bare metal part and heated to flow out and cure. It is very resistant to heat, gas, oils and most under hood messes. It is also more scratch resistant than paint. No fading or flaking like paint over the years. Here are some samples of parts I have done in the past.........
UPDATE: MAD ADDER POWDER COATING is officially open !!!!!! Starting September 18th, I plan to be at the shop 9-5 EST. The new oven is 4'x4'x6', big enough for a quad or motorcycle frame!
